HOW IS HOME
PRESENTATION DONE?
For the consultation, we
would be pleased to have your realtor with us, if you or they, so
desire. For the actual work, we prefer to work alone because we work
faster that way. If you choose to be elsewhere in the home, that is
fine as well.
From the moment a
presenter walks up to your home, she begins to experience it. Just as
a prospective buyer drives slowly by a property, a home presenter
evaluates the exterior.
Once inside, she
determines the “impact wall” of each room and maximizes the best
features by furniture arrangement and accessorizing.
Furnishings may be placed
in different rooms in different arrangements in order to show your
home at its best. Interior design principles will be incorporated to
transform the house into a home that attracts a prompt sale at the
maximum price for you.
One marginal area will
likely be designated as storage and unused furniture and accessories
will go there. Here you can start the moving process by organizing
for donations, the trash, and packing items for the move.
Additionally, a check list
