About $350 per room with the average amount of furniture and accessories.

• I will come to your home and give you a firm price for your room.

• Additional rooms scheduled to be done the day of the appointment will be discounted.

DÉCOR OR COLOR CONSULTATIONS

$115/first hour
$85/additional hours
$100/each hour thereafter

• Two hour appointments include written recommendations, if you desire.

REAL ESTATE HOME PRESENTATION

Consultation - $150 (Takes 1½ -2 hours) 

• Includes exterior and interior evaluations

• Includes a written, prioritized work plan

All fees are due and payable upon completion of the work.  Rates are listed for a 45 minute radius from North San Antonio…traveling charges may apply.
